General information on the processing of personal data

In this document, we provide you with information on the processing of your personal data (including, but not limited to, your name, surname, copy of your ID, telephone, email address) by Fabrick S.p.A. (“Fabrick”). Specifically, the answers to the following questions:

1. Who is the Data Controller?

The Data Controller with respect to your personal data is Fabrick S.p.A., with registered office in Biella (BI) - 13900, Piazza Gaudenzio Sella, no. 1.

2. How can I contact the Data Protection Officer?

3. What data is or can be processed and what are the data sources?

The personal data that can be processed falls into the following categories:

1. identification and socio-demographic data (such as name, surname, data regarding employment/profession, company);
2. contact details (such as telephone number, e-mail address).

The data listed above is personally provided by you to Fabrick directly or through third-party companies and, in particular, by filling in specific forms designed for data entry.

4. On what legal grounds and for which purposes Fabrick processes your data?

The processing is carried out in compliance with the conditions disclosed in the Regulation and is limited to what is necessary to carry out the activities by Fabrick and/or third parties on behalf of Fabrick, related or instrumental to:

• the automatic and free e-mailing of the Fabrick’s newsletter to the e-mail address indicated by you;
• contacting you by e-mail or phone to offer you the Fabrick’s products and services.

The aforementioned uses are carried out exclusively in the presence of specific and separate consents, without which it will not be possible to carry out the activities described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time in the manner indicated in clause 8 or by opting out at the bottom of any newsletter, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation.

Within the limits of the specific purposes indicated above, the processing is carried out using manual, IT and telematic tools. Fabrick adopts adequate organizational and technical measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

5. To whom may my data be disclosed?

Your personal data will not be disclosed, but may be processed, via appropriate modalities and procedures, by the employees and collaborators of Fabrick. For the purposes expressed in clause 4, your personal data may also be processed by platform providers for the forwarding of marketing e-mails. These subjects, if the conditions are met, are appointed as Data Processors.

6. Can my data be transmitted to the countries located outside the European Economic Area?

Personal data is not transmitted outside the European Economic Area. When necessary, Fabrick reserves the right to transfer personal data to countries outside the EU ensuring that the transfer will take place exclusively to the countries that guarantee an adequate level of protection that is recognised by the European Commission, or in the presence of adequate guarantees or specific exceptions permitted by the Regulation.

7. For how long is the data saved?

The data processing has a duration that is necessary for the purposes for which your data was provided. In particular:

• the data shared for the subscription to the newsletter will be processed and stored for the entire period in which the service is active or until your withdrawal of consent, if it occurs;
• the data shared in order to be contacted via e-mail or phone and be offered Fabrick’s products and services, will be processed and stored for two years.

8. What are my rights?

We inform you that you can find out what personal data of yours is processed by Fabrick and, where the conditions apply, exercise the rights relating to their use that are recognized by the Regulation (right of access, rectification, updating, integration, cancellation, restrict processing, portability, withdrawal of consent to data processing, and to obtain a copy of the adequate guarantees adopted where the data is processed in countries outside the European Union and European Economic Area, as well as to obtain an indication of where such data is stored or transferred), as well as to oppose their particular processing for legitimate reasons, by contacting:

We also inform you that, if you believe that your data processing violates the Regulation, you can file a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of your personal data (hereinafter, the "Guarantor"), following the instructions on the website of the Guarantor.

Fabrick provides you with the information and updates relating to the action taken regarding your request without undue delay, and at the latest within one month from its receipt.
